Below is something i read a few days back

Patient : Doctor, how do you know if a person need to be institutionalised??
Doctor: Well, we basically give them a bathtub filled with water. Then we give them a spoon, a mug and a bucket. And we ask them to remove the water in it.
Patient : Oh, i see. So the normal one would use the bucket to remove all the water since its the biggest right??
Doctor : No. They pull the plug of the bathtub.
