3mnths ago, we were talkin about having a overseas trip. Take some time off to relax and enjoy ourselves. Suggestions started popping up. HK, TW even australia were mentioned. In the end we settled for our "friendly" neighbour. Malaysia, KL. Now we are back. From the "friendly and colourfull" country, with a bigger luggage and small wallet.

It wasnt as dangerous as everyone said it is. Too much widespread rumours can really cause many unnecessary scares. But the feeling of being a minority isnt really nice. Actually their capital was in many ways similar to ours, maybe a little bit wayward. Other than that, the shoppin centres, the MRT, LRT even the people are all the same.

For those we didnt went KL before though i guess there aint many, my advice is stick to the trains( MRT and LRT) and take the taxis only at night when the trains are out. The drivers either charge disgusting highly or they drive horrendously without safety. Take coins with u too. many 10sens will do u good when u are looking for a toilet only to meet with a sign that says 30sens per entry.

I suggest too to check out the resturaunts planet hollywood and madam kwan's. They offer good food and planet hollywood plays live band too.
